1.1 playkibo.com is owned and operated by Rion International (hereinafter referred to as "PlayKibo", "We", "Us" or "Our"), a company duly registered and headquartered at 01 Av. Luyeye, Q/Fini, C/Bumbu, City of Kinshasa. PlayKibo operates under a valid gaming license issued by the Ministry of Finance through its Department of Commerce and Regulated Professions, under license number 01-G4701 N66787N. Registration

Suspension and Closure by PlayKibo

4.19 PlayKibo may suspend or close your account if:

Our Liability

4.24 PlayKibo accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage you may incur as a result of unauthorized access to your account.

4.25 PlayKibo is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

5. YOUR WARRANTIES

Before using our services and throughout your use of the Website, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

Capacity

  • You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
  • You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us and are not subject to any restrictions on legal capacity;

7. DEPOSITS

8. WITHDRAWALS

8.4 If funds are mistakenly credited to your account due to technical or human error, such funds remain the property of PlayKibo and will be deducted from your account. If you withdraw funds that do not belong to you before the error is corrected, the amount will constitute a debt owed to PlayKibo. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any incorrect crediting.

FIAT Withdrawals

8.5 You must wager 100% of your deposit amount before requesting a fiat withdrawal.

8.6 Withdrawals will be processed to a bank account or payment method registered in your name. PlayKibo reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal.

8.7 Minimum withdrawal amounts will be displayed on the Website during the withdrawal process.

8.8 If you have multiple pending withdrawals, PlayKibo may require you to consolidate them into a single request.

Withdrawals of Physical Gifts and Travel Rewards

8.17 PlayKibo is not responsible for any delays, customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply during shipping. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

8.18 For travel-related rewards, PlayKibo's obligation is limited to providing the travel voucher or booking as described in the reward offer. We are not responsible for ensuring that you can use the travel reward, including but not limited to visa requirements, passport validity, health regulations, or any other travel restrictions.

8.19 If you are unable to use a travel reward due to personal circumstances, legal restrictions, or failure to meet entry requirements, PlayKibo will not provide compensation, refunds, or alternative rewards.

8.20 PlayKibo reserves the right to substitute a Gift with an item of equal or greater value if the original item is unavailable.

8.21 Once a Gift has been shipped or a travel voucher issued, PlayKibo assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage during transit.

8.22 Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other rewards unless explicitly stated by PlayKibo.

8.23 PlayKibo may require additional identity verification before processing any Gift shipment or travel reward.

9. PLAYER FUNDS PROTECTION & CHARGEBACKS

9.1 Any funds you deposit into your PlayKibo Account, along with any winnings, are held in separate accounts or wallets for the sole purpose of enabling you to participate in games and to settle any applicable fees or charges related to the use of our services. These funds are not used for any other purpose and are safeguarded in accordance with applicable regulations.

9.2 If PlayKibo incurs any chargebacks, payment reversals, or losses caused by actions attributable to you (including unauthorized transactions or disputes), we reserve the right to recover the relevant amounts from your account balance or future deposits.

9.3 PlayKibo may, at any time, offset any positive balance in your account against any amounts owed by you to PlayKibo.

11. GAME SESSION CONFIRMATION

11.2 Each valid game session will be assigned a unique transaction identifier. PlayKibo shall not be liable for any session that does not have a unique transaction code. Bonus Abuse & Fraud

12.7 If PlayKibo reasonably believes that you are abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or promotion, or acting in bad faith, we may deny, withhold, or revoke any bonus or promotion and suspend or terminate your account temporarily or permanently.

12.8 You may only maintain one account on the Website. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or promotions will be considered fraudulent and abusive behavior.

PlayKibo Rights

12.9 PlayKibo reserves the right to remove bonuses from inactive accounts or accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse.
